We work with global manufacturing and logistics partners to ship directly to you.

Where we ship

We currently ship within the United States only, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and APO/FPO addresses.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1 to 4 business days before dispatch. The delivery estimate below is measured from dispatch, so add this window to get your total wait.

Delivery estimate

7 to 15 business days after dispatch. Items held in US warehouses arrive faster, typically in 3 to 7 business days.

Peak seasons and severe weather can add delays outside our control.

Shipping cost

Shipping is free on every order within the United States. There are no delivery charges added at checkout.

Tracking

You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order is dispatched. Tracking can take 24 to 48 hours to show live status on the carrier's site.

Delivery

Packages don't require a signature unless your carrier mandates one. Couriers will leave parcels in a safe location at the address given.

If you'd prefer a signature on a high-value order, email us after ordering and we'll try to arrange it.

Address accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was incomplete or incorrect, we'll reship it once you cover the postage.
