Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Aether & Stone. These Terms govern your use of our website and any purchase you make from us. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them.

1. General

You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction to purchase from us.

We may update these Terms by posting revisions here. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.

2. Product information

Materials. Each product page states the materials used. Where a piece is plated, we say so. Where a stone is moissanite, zircon, crystal, or simulated, we say so. If anything on a product page is unclear, email us before ordering.

Moissanite. Moissanite is a distinct gemstone, not a diamond and not an imitation of one. Where we state a colour and clarity grade, a GRA certificate is included with the item.

Variation. Small variations in colour, finish, and stone placement occur between individual pieces and are not defects.

Display accuracy. Screens render colour differently. We photograph as accurately as we can but cannot guarantee an exact match to what you see, particularly on coloured stones.

Pricing. Prices may change without notice. We may modify or discontinue any item at any time.

3. Returns

Our Return & Refund Policy forms part of these Terms. In summary: 30 days from delivery, item unworn and in original packaging, customer covers return postage except where we've made an error.

4. Orders and payment

Payment is due in full at checkout.

We may refuse, cancel, or limit any order — including for stock issues, pricing errors, or suspected fraud. If we cancel an order you've paid for, you'll be refunded in full.

5. Jewellery care and liability

Jewellery is delicate. We aren't responsible for damage caused by normal wear, improper storage, accidental loss, exposure to chemicals such as chlorine, perfume, or cleaning products, or repair attempts by third parties.

Care guidance appears on individual product pages. Plated finishes in particular have a finite life.

6. Shipping and risk

Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier takes possession. See our Shipping Policy for full detail, including our approach to lost parcels.

7. Intellectual property

The Aether & Stone name, logo, site design, and written content are our property and protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce or redistribute them without written permission.

Product photography is supplied by our manufacturing partners and used under licence.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aether & Stone shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or our products.

Nothing in these Terms limits any statutory right you have as a consumer that cannot be excluded by law.
