Welcome to Aether & Stone ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website (the "Site") and the purchase of any products from our online store.

By accessing our Site or purchasing a product, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

2. Product Information & Disclaimers

Natural & Handcrafted Variations: Aether & Stone specializes in pieces that feature natural gemstones, organic materials, and handcrafted elements. Because of this, slight variations in stone color, inclusions, matrix pattern, size, and metal textures are inherent to the materials and are not considered defects.
Display Accuracy: We make every effort to display product colors, dimensions, and details as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your device screen will accurately depict the exact color or scale of the physical item.
Pricing & Availability: All prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any item at any time without prior notice.

3. Strict No-Return & All Sales Final Policy

Final Sale: All purchases made through Aether & Stone are strictly final sale. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed and processed.
Sizing & Order Accuracy: It is the customer's sole responsibility to ensure correct sizing, length, metal selection, and shipping details prior to completing checkout. We do not offer complimentary resizing or post-purchase alterations.
Damaged or Defective Items: In the rare event that an item arrives damaged due to shipping transit, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with order details and clear photos of the damage. Claims made after 48 hours of delivery will not be eligible for review.

4. No Warranty Disclaimer

"As-Is" Sale: All products sold by Aether & Stone are provided on an "as-is" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
Exclusion of Warranty: We explicitly disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not offer manufacturing warranties, loss warranties, or repair guarantees.
Jewelry Care: Jewelry is delicate by nature. Aether & Stone is not responsible or liable for damage resulting from normal wear and tear, improper storage, accidental loss, stone loss, exposure to chemicals (e.g., chlorine, perfumes, lotions, household cleaners), or repairs attempt by third parties.

5. Orders & Payment

Payment Terms: Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase via the accepted payment methods displayed at checkout.
Order Refusal: We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order placed with us for reasons including, but not limited to, stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity.

6. Shipping & Delivery

No Signature Requirement: Unless explicitly requested prior to shipment or deemed necessary by the shipping carrier, packages dispatched by Aether & Stone do not require a direct signature upon delivery. Packages will be delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout.
Risk of Loss: Risk of loss and title for all items pass to you upon our delivery of the package to the shipping carrier. Aether & Stone is not responsible for packages stolen, lost, or misplaced after the carrier marks the shipment as "Delivered."
International Taxes & Duties: For shipments outside our primary operating country, the customer is solely responsible for paying any applicable customs duties, tariffs, VAT, or import taxes levied by the destination country.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site—including but not limited to designs, text, graphics, product photography, logos, and branding elements—is the exclusive property of Aether & Stone and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. Unlawful use or reproduction is strictly prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aether & Stone, its owners, and employees shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of our Site or products.
